Flood hits Kelantan, Malaysia, on December 20, 2009.  Several villages in Hulu Kelantan were flooded following heavy rain and strong winds in the state since the past three days.

Bernama reported that floods in the region have forced the evacuation of 203 people, 111 in Kuala Krai and the rest in Rantau Panjang, Pasir Mas.

Currently, only Sungai Golok in Rantau Panjang was above the danger level of 9 meters, measuring 10.10 meters and was reported to be rising following incessant rain.

Heavy rain continued to fall in the region, making it the fourth incident of flooding the first wave hit Kelantan end of November 2009.
