Flood Video in Manila Philippines, 26 September 2009
Amazing flood video from Philippines. Flood floats car away. Cars inside the compound of East Sta Mesa University were thrown about like toy cars by floods at the height of Tropical Storm Ondoy (Ketsana).
The Philippines government says at least 246 people have died in flooding caused after Tropical Storm Ketsana. The flood probably one of the worst in 2 decades.
