Flood video from Virginia Beach Nor’easter, USA. The flood occurs in November 12, 2009.  The standing water in the road is over 18 inches. Many cars have stalled out in the roads.

Joseph Nguyen, householder in Hampton – Virginia Beach Nor’easter,  said about a foot of water was in his home at the height of the Nor’easter. It was about 6 inches higher when Hurricane Isabel hit in 2003.
