Eduardo said, “At around 9 am, I was suppose to go to work at Sta Cruz Manila. I passed Aurora Boulevard coming from Broadway Centrum. As I noticed tremendous rain and beginning flood, I decided to pull back and stay in SM Center Point until the rain stops. But it didn’t… “.
