Residents Evacuate Flooded People

The government stated that 51 people were confirmed dead and 21 remained missing in Manila. They expect the numbers to rise.

New Glaslow Fire Department Officials evacuate people from Twin Rivers Trailer Court, Stellarton, Scotland. Thirty people voluntarily evacuated following flooding that blocked access to the area that the waters was more than 1.5 meters. The water also trapped a woman driving down Bridge Avenue in her car for nearly 40 minutes.
Deputy Mayor Denise Taylor said. “It is very fortunate that the Stellarton Fire Department has the co-operation of the the EMOs and the New Glasgow Fire Department in this situation. You never know what Mother Nature is going to do.”
